The blue pipe needs to be threaded from the road way side of the slip across the hole we've dug, to the opposite corner. The water and electricity run just to the road side of the hole, but the concrete over them is inadequate for the job of protecting them, being 6" thick and laid directly onto soil, and it's already cracking. So it's good sense to remove it and do the whole job properly.
